Raspberry, Vanilla and Blueberry Stacked Smoothie Recipe

Inspired by the Fourth of July and Neapolitan ice cream, this smoothie recipe with yogurt and milk stacks raspberry, vanilla and blueberry flavors in one delicious glass. When you layer each smoothie flavor, this tasty combination certainly will give your family a reason savor a smoothie that looks as great as it tastes.

Ingredients

Blueberry Banana

Vanilla Banana

  • 1/2 cup – Oakhurst fat free milk
  • 1/4 cup – nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon – vanilla extract
  • 1/3 – banana
  • 1/4 cup – rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon – chia seeds

Raspberry Banana

Preparation

Combine ingredients for Blueberry Banana smoothie in the carafe of a blender and mix until smooth. Pour even amounts into four chilled glasses and place in freezer for 15 minutes. Rinse blender and dry.

Combine ingredients for Vanilla Yogurt smoothie in the blender carafe and mix until smooth. Pour into a separate glass and place in freezer for about 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and gently pour or spoon smoothie into glasses with Blueberry Banana smoothie, creating a clean line between the two layers. Place back in freezer for 15 minutes. Rinse blender and dry.

Combine ingredients for Raspberry Banana smoothie in the blender carafe and mix until smooth. Pour into a separate glass and place in freezer for about 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and gently pour or spoon smoothie into glasses with other smoothie layers, creating a clean line between the Vanilla Banana smoothie layers. Serve with a colorful straw once all layers are complete.
