You'll note that all Oakhurst creams are produced from cream that came from cows that have not been treated with artificial growth hormones. Some of our creams are pasteurized using an ultra high temperature technology that delivers a longer life while our fresh creams are gently pasteurized to for a fresher, creamier taste.
