Oakhurst Announces Winner of Living Healthy Shopping Tour
Portland, Maine (December 17, 2008) – Oakhurst Dairy is pleased to announce that Shelley Girdner of Dover, NH was selected as one of the winners of the 2008 Living Healthy Shopping Tour. Ms. Girdner won a $100 gift card to a local supermarket, in addition to a “Healthy Shopping 101” grocery store tour with Oakhurst Dairy Dietitian, Pamela Stuppy, MS, RD, LD.
As part of Oakhurst’s continued commitment to health, the Living Healthy Shopping Tour provides a valuable opportunity to go through the supermarket with an expert and learn how to better understand nutrition labels and what to look for to make better, healthier purchasing decisions. As a mom of two young boys, Ms. Girdner had concerns about buying the right foods.
